FAQs and Shipping Information

For any questions regarding your order, please use our contact form (located in the INFO section).

Due to the high volume of mailbox theft, we recommend shipping to a secure address. We are not responsible for stolen packages. In the event of theft, you will need to file a claim with the post office, as all packages are insured via USPS.

TERMS OF SERVICE

SHIPPING:

Upon ordering, you will receive a tracking number within 2-4 business days (unless you ordered a pre-order item, in which case tracking will be provided once the item is shipped). You may track your order at USPS.com, but the information will not be updated until USPS picks up your package. Please allow at least 3-14 business days from when you receive your tracking number for your order to arrive. Priority packages take 2 to 3 business days to arrive once they leave our warehouse.

Calculated shipping is provided at checkout. USPS automatically charges for priority mail once item(s) weigh over 15.9oz.

Once the post office has delivered your items, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or held packages. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS, so any issues encountered must be handled with them. If your package is marked as delivered and you still do not have your package, you must contact them.

If you provided the wrong address and the package is being sent back to us, you will have to pay for shipping once again if you want us to re-send your package. We will only reimburse you for shipping if the mistake was ours.

PRE-ORDERS:

Pre-orders will be dispatched as soon as the item becomes available in stock, considering that printing times may vary. You will receive a tracking notice once the item has been shipped.

This shipping date will also include any non-preorder items you purchase along with this pre-order item unless you place separate orders. If ordering multiple pre-order items, all items will ship on the later ship date, unless separate orders are placed.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We understand that international shipping is expensive, so please make sure that your address is correct, or you will have to pay for shipping once again for us to re-send your package. All applicable customs and import duties, fees, and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

We ship your package DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), and we do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at checkout. We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you for your package to clear customs.

REFUNDS/EXCHANGES:

If an item is damaged in transit, you must address it with USPS. All items leave fully inspected in brand new condition. Due to limited quantities of all items, we do not provide refunds or exchanges. As our brand grows, we plan on changing this policy once we are able to keep a higher volume of stock. Feel free to contact us if your order is unshipped, and if the size is available, we will do our best to ensure you get the item needed.

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, CAN I CANCEL IT?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel or edit addresses on orders once your order has been submitted. You must wait for your order to arrive and email us to start your return process. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to ALL returns. NO EXCEPTIONS.

We do not offer return labels for refunds or exchanges unless the mistake was ours. You must pay for the return shipping label.
